How I think about the work

Fewer tools. Clearer thinking. A system that survives me.

Most "Notion problems" aren't really Notion problems. They're unclear ownership, undocumented decisions, and processes that only live in someone's head. Software can't fix that — but the right system, built around how your team actually works, can.

So I start with the operating model, not the database schema. We figure out what decisions need to happen, who owns them, and what the team needs to see to move fast without you in the room. Notion is the surface that makes all of that visible.

I'd rather ship one workspace your team opens every morning than ten clever databases nobody touches by week three. Every engagement ends with Loom walkthroughs, training, and documentation — so the system is yours, not mine.
